After burning a simple audio CD with my created song order, using the blue re-location arrows, the CD came out in the default ImgBurn alphabetical order.

If you want to order a data disc full of MP3's, stick the track number in front of the track (file) name. (i.e. 01 - blah blah.mp3)

 

The file names will always be stored alphabetically within the file system.

 

Oh and if you want a proper Audio CD (that works in any standalone player), that's not the way to go about burning it.
