Create BR image

Hello,

 

I have a software here need to test. One of the functions requires a Blu-Ray image...and i dont own a blu-ray drive.

Is there any way i can convert a pre-exisitng dvd/dvd-iso/movie file to a BR image?

 

Or does anyone know of a really small BR image i could download?
