billy_scrobes Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 Hi Love the product. but for some reason recently, I can't get the program to create a successful image, no matter what i do, the program hangs and freezes at a read rate of zero, and then it won't cancel, and I have to shut it down using task manager. and if that isn't enough, then I can't use my drive, or shut down my computer correctly. I'm running windows 7 64 bit and it's worked fine in the past. the only thing i've added recently is a new video card, but i think image burn was working fine after wards. here is my log file: I 18:54:36 ImgBurn Version 2.5.1.0 started!
