Try 2.4x

Try cleaning your drive

Try the 2.4x Verbatim media - MKM-001-00 dye instead of MKM-003-00

Buy a new drive.

I tried 2,4x but it didn´t work. I guess I have to clean it o or buy a new one. I can't get hold off any 2,4 discs. maybe i should try another burning program? ;)

Can if you want but the error is coming from the drive, not the program.

Using the 'Incremental' write type (Settings -> Write tab) might also work - but that's just a workaround, leaving it on the default of 'DAO/SAO' should also work if the drive was working correctly.
