Image file verify

I just learned about Imgburn from the Vegas forum site. I've only lately began having trouble burning dvds from DvdArhitect 5, from Sony, so I've read I could use Imgburn to burn image files prepared from DvdArchitect, this way I can use the verify feature, very important to me.

 

So a few questions. Can I use the verify function to compare an image file created using Nero against an actual dvd burned directly from DvdArchitect?

 

Alternately does the verify feature only work with files burned with Imgburn.

You should be able to use it to compare whatever you want against whatever you want - it's not tied to ImgBurn burns/images.
