mantaz Posted May 7, 2010 Share Posted May 7, 2010 (edited) I'm trying to back up a DVD and I have tried both ISO and hard drive folders and it will not let me do it. The file to disk and the disk to disk is not lit up and it says "Device Not Ready (Medium Not Present- Tray closed)" beneath it. I am using a DVD-R disk.
