rizzo7883 Posted May 7, 2010 Posted May 7, 2010 I have has great success with imageburn for years(many THANKS) but the last 4 BD-R I get this error log, and I am not sure what it means. I have not changed anything and with the same media I successfully burned 50+ BD-R discs. so here is the log hopefullyImgBurn.log it tells something as to why the last 4 BD-R attempts it made coasters, even trying different files to burn to disc. Thanks
LIGHTNING UK! Posted May 7, 2010 Posted May 7, 2010 Update the firmware on the drive. http://www.firmwarehq.com/Pioneer/BDR-205/files.html Have your previous 50+ discs all be that same 'RITEK-BR2-00' dye? Do you always burn at max speed? This is the error your drive reported: W 10:51:15 Failed to Write Sectors 832 - 863 - Reason: Unknown (Internal Target Failure) (ASC: 0x44, ASCQ: 0x03)

But I do want to mention that I also have A external HD/BD-R bluray high def. buffalo drive that is working great with imgburn, so it has to be the pioneer bd-r dive..... hanks i will update and let you know. thanks fo5 a great app..
