I am trying to burn a BD-R DL disc (Verbatim brand) using my LG GBW-H20L. I've tried two different discs that I just opened the packaging on and keep getting this error:

In the ImgBurn window:

I/O Error

Device [0:1:0] HL-DT-ST BD-RE GBW-H20L YG01 (H:) (ATA)

ScsiStatus: 0x02

Interpretation: check condition

CDB: AA 00 00 00 00 60 00 00 00 20 40 00

Interpretation: Write Error

In the ImgBurn Log window:

time Retry Failed - Reason: Invalid Address for write (repeated over and over)

I also get a separate ImgBurn window that states:

Synchronise Cache Failed!

Device: [0:10] HL-DT-ST BD-RE GBW-H20L YG01 (H:) (ATA)

Reason: Write Error

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit with ImgBurn ver 2.5.1.0

To be honest, I do not know what firmware revision I have but LG's website doesn't offer any, either.

Finally, I have burned DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD+R DL, and BD-R SL discs without issue on this drive.

I've checked the forums and guides for these error and have found nothing, so please don't flame if I have somehow missed something posted.

Any ideas?

ps - I have attached a screenshot of the errors.

You posted everything except what we specifically ask for... the entire log!

It's written up there in the pink box ^^ - see?! :chair:

You are absolutely correct. My apologies.

Here goes.
