Power Calibration Area Error

I have a new computer and new Windata DVD+R DL discs, and I'm trying to burn a DVD ROM. Here is the log showing the error I receive. I'm guessing that the drive is fine, since the whole computer is new and I burned another DVD+R with no problems. So maybe the DL discs are bad? Bad file? The same thing happened using Nero. Any info would be helpful thanks.

I haven't tried yet. I will, but I wanted to check in before wasting a whole stack of discs.

Just to let everyone know...

 

I tried to burn again at 4X....failed again. So I returned the discs and got Verbatim 2.4x DVD+R DL....and it worked perfectly.
