I know imgburn can verify a disc to an image file at anytime, but I can't figure out how to verify a fileset (directories) burned to a disc after the initial burn. My problem is becasue the verify hogs the system so I needed to abort a verify, but still want to confirm a valid burn.

I think I can create an iso image from a fileset, but at the moment I don't have a spare 4GB to use for that and I'm not sure that the iso structure will match verbatim the straight file burn.

Is there something I'm missing that will allow this?

I've used kdiff to comprare files, but this is a dvd and the .ifo and .bup files are different. I suspect because of the new disc layout. But, I've been unable to verify all the .vob files. kdiff is hanging during the compare for some reason...
