Dont know what to do, have tried to uppdate firmware but the cpu said it could not find any better. Very greatful for help!

Your burner doesn't support those Sony 16x DVD-R blanks. You could try finding 8x blanks that your burner may support, or burning those 16x Sony on a friend's computer.
