Randy1 Posted May 24, 2010 Posted May 24, 2010 This question really shows my ignorance but should I tick the "Verify" box or not? DVDs seem to run fine if I don't even if "Verify" found a problem, made a nice Yuden coaster, then I retry without "Verify." And I suppose if you take the time to answer, I might as well ask if the errors that stop the burning process in "Verify" are because of bad information in the original file or a bad sector on the blank DVD? Or could it be either?
mmalves Posted May 24, 2010 Posted May 24, 2010 You should leave it enabled as that's what ensures the disc is a good burn or not. If you get errors/miscompares it's most likely due to bad quality media.
