I wanted to change in the book type LG in the "change to" to DVD+R DL but that write to me Unknown (FAILED!) Reason: Medium Not Preset - Tray Closed

please help me :o

Which burner do you have? Copy and paste here the program's log and we should know.

oh god i needed to change it in samsung tab not LG? because i wanted to burn a game for my xbox

Edit:oh i fixed that but i have another problem!!!

while i burning the game a window pop and write to me:

 

DeviceIoControl(FSCTL_LOCK_VOLUME) Failed ! Device *My Driver name and info about him* Unable to lock volume for exclusive access. Reason:Access is denied.Hint:Yoo've got another program running that's usin the drive close it and then click 'try again'

You shouldn't be needing to change it manually. ImgBurn changes it by default to DVD-ROM for that burner.
