My 7240 didn't show the problem so I wouldn't have expected the 7173 to either (your PX800A is basically an Optiarc 7173). The TOC info looks incorrect based on the last recorded physical format info. Track info is totally wrong/missing. Burn another one at 8x. Try cleaning the drive with a cleaning disc. I'm not sure what to think about it. Try cleaning the drive with a cleaning disc. Is the cleaning safe? I read something about that not being recommended.
