BR20 Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 Hello, I had the same problem, people have said they took apart the drive and cleaned it and it worked. I didn't want to take apart everything so I tried an old Discwasher CDL2 CD Laser Lens Cleaner I have had and it worked perfect, I can now burn DVD's again. All I did was insert the CD disc into my computer, it is voice instructed and goes into your iTunes playlist. The voice will say it is now cleaned and just eject it, it makes a loud noise when inserted and spinning so don't be alarmed. It should only take a few seconds. This was an easy fix for me and thought I would share it.
