KBurns Posted June 7, 2010 Share Posted June 7, 2010 New here, I've had this problem for a while now and I've tried a bunch of different things to fix it. I'm using DVD Flick to burn a TV series to a bunch of DVDs. I succesfully burned one with 5 episodes on it, but the second one failed. I then continued and burned the next 5 episodes, and that worked. With the DVD that failed, I've tried reducing the number of episodes, changing a bunch of settings, and I've probably tried burning about 10 times on 3 separate discs. The error that appears is an I/O error that mentions that the iso image is too big for the disc. Even when I reduced the number of episodes, somehow the size of the image got bigger.
