How to burn Vob files

Hi I have a movie that is vob, bup and ifo files I a a beginner but do know these ARE a DVD allready but how do I burn the to make a playable DVD in a stand alone system. Any help is appreciated, I have DVD Flick but it does not load IFO or BUP files.
