Not enough space

I wanted to burn an iso file and everytime ImgBurn said there would not be enough space. The file was 619MB which should have been no problem. So, I told ImgBurn to burn and verify anyway and it finished with no errors. I was wondering why ImgBurn is always telling me that there is not enough disk space when there is plenty available? I thought it might be a bad disk but I tried another and the program gave the same warning. Using Imation CD-R's.Attached is a log file. ImgBurn.log

ImgBurn relies on the information provided by the burner, and in your case...

I 22:25:37 Source File: C:\UBCD4Win\UBCD4WinBuilder.iso

I 22:25:37 Source File Sectors: 302,432 (MODE1/2048)

I 22:25:37 Source File Size: 619,380,736 bytes

I 22:25:37 Source File Volume Identifier: UBCD4Windows

I 22:25:37 Source File Application Identifier: PEBUILDER/MKISOFS

I 22:25:37 Source File File System(s): ISO9660 (Bootable)

I 22:25:37 Destination Device: [1:0:0] SONY CD-RW CRX160E 1.0e (D:) (ATA)

I 22:25:37 Destination Media Type: CD-R*

I 22:25:37 Destination Media Sectors: 295,232

Your drive reported the disc as having 295,232 sectors (~600mb), when it usually should report 359,844 sectors (~703mb). I would guess it's because it's too old.
