glassman Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 I'm trying to download imgburn. 1) Mcafee keeps stopping the download saying it's dangerous when I do it from cnet? 2) when I go to imgburn website, there are a half dozen things there that say ' before you download check your pc for system errors', 'free burning software' 'download (I don't think think is imgburn, everything on the page looks like an ad to me!),'iso burner software, get it now' (?), 'run a free scan', 'start now' etc etc etc. I clicked on one thing and it brought me to a Norton download! There is only one thing that says download' on the top bar, and when I click on that, nothing happens? There seems to be nothing there that says 'download' that actually starts a download?? Are all these things ads or am I supposed to click on one of these first or....??? Do I have to scan my computer before I can download imgburn?? Which of the several scan things do I use?? The page is so busy, I can't tell what's going on and I don't want to download somebody's advertised product, I simply want to download imgburn, that's all. Exactly what do I have to do to accomplish this? Thanks!
