So I've been trying to burn ISO and files and nothing seems to be working, it's that infamous "Medium not present" problem I'm getting.. I'm not so good in the hardware department of computers, but I'm fast when it comes to using them and tweaking and @&$*#..

So I need help, do I have to update my firmware? If so how and where, because I have no clue what type of Dvd rom I have.. it dosen't say on it...

Here's a overview..

I have a "CD-Writer/DVD-ROM Combo"

I'm using regular DVD-R's, this is what it says on them.. "Memorex", "DVD-R 16X 4.7GB 120Min"

Here's a log to what it says..
