punkzip Posted July 17, 2010 Posted July 17, 2010 I previously posted about this error. When burning Xbox 360 backups I get an I/O error (failed to read sector 1913760) at about 50% verification. Someone kindly posted a link to a newer drive driver which I tried but I still have the same error. I have also tried burning at a faster rate x 8. Cynthia Posted July 17, 2010 Posted July 17, 2010 I 09:22:15 Destination Media Type: DVD+R DL (Disc ID: RITEK-S04-66) (Speeds: 4x, 6x, 8x) Can be tricky to burn with older burners. Only thing you can do with the current burner is to try the other speeds 4x and 6x. Verbatim is also worth a try.
