Bootable W2K8 R2 disk

Please post the log from when you built/burned your disc.

 

I orginally did not have a log - so I have recreated the burn and logged it (I will not be able to verify that this new disk does not boot until tomorrow).

 

The only difference between the original burn and this one was the volume label syntax - this one is identical to the instructions (I'm not sure if that is significant).

 

NB: I previously successfully used the above guide to create a bootable Win7 disk.

Never mind - turns out this new disk DOES boot. I guess the volume label is all important, lesson learned.
