WillyVengeance Posted July 23, 2010 Posted July 23, 2010 Hey everyone i have been using imgburn to burn wii games and it has been working good on TDK dvd-r discs but now suddenly it wont work on either TDK or Sony dvd-r and the errors are at the end of the write when its gonna start verifying it says verify failed reason: layouts do not match and afterwards it says the disc is empty so nothing at all got written on it. sometimes it also says logical bloc adress out of range. ive heard verbatim dvd+r DL is the best but i just wanan know for security reasons are they good for wii games aswell? anyone who burns wii games please answer . cuz i was thinkin of buyin some verbatim discs soon and hope that will solve the problem. adn at one of the logs i know it says i wanted 2x write speed but dont worry i know 4x is the best i just wanted to test different coldnt get it anyways so yeah:P and my drive is updated to latest software and all and heres two different logs: I 10:58:05 ImgBurn Version 2.5.1.0 started! Cynthia Posted July 23, 2010 Posted July 23, 2010 Hej! I have the same burner and I never liked it. Perhaps give it a try on 6x or 8x as write speed. PS. Hope you don't buy those Verbatims in Sweden. The tax makes the price a joke.
WillyVengeance Posted July 24, 2010 Author Posted July 24, 2010 (edited) im probably gonna buy them in a store and not from the net ^^ im gonna try burn my discs at 6x and 8x but i dont think it will help unfortunately :S i mean could it be the drive/burner that needs a clean or is it broken or is it the discs i dont really know )= owell hoping that verbatim will fix it all up Edited July 24, 2010 by WillyVengeance
