Writing DVD+RDL discs ISO for WaW, need help

I have 8.5GB DVD+R DL discs memorex. I followed a friend who has done this many times, and even he does not know the problem.

For some reason I can't pick the option to "write."

 

Any help?

It might help if you buy a DVD burner.

I could of sworn I had one. But If I move my ISO file and the .dvd file to a mac and get imgburner will that work?

You need some type of emulator to run the Windows based ImgBurn on it.
