Wont format all the way

hey im trying to burn a iso and i'v been formation for about an hour and i keep getting this

Why did you enable I/O debug? The information that could mean something was lost.

if i alt ctrl delete will it jam my drive?

I've done that some times when the burner was stuck and they all survived it.
