LG GSA-4163B, will someone please help me...?

Hello, new to the forum, great software by the way..

 

I am using a LG GSA-4163B with updated firmware to A106. First time using this burner for double layer discs. Any who, here is the MID info for the discs :

 

Disc & Book Type : [DVD+R DL] - [DVD+R DL]

Manufacturer Name : [Ritek Corp.]

Manufacturer ID : [RITEK]

Media Type ID : [s04]

Product Revision : [066]

Blank Disc Capacity : [Not Supported By Method 2]

[Method 2 Might Not Always Detect All Speeds]

 

I was attempting to burn with ImgBurn at 2.4x when I received a Set L0 Data Zone Capacity Failed error. Below is the log:

My question is, is it the discs? or is it the burner?

I also tried to burn with a NEC ND-2510A got an I/O error, "Cannot Write Medium - Incompatible Format" log is below:

Picked up a 50 stack of verbs.. appreciate the response.. but everythings good to go now, on my 5th burn..
