Same errors over and over

So I tried burning an iso file, and it gave me unrecoverable error while verifying. So I tried the same general iso from a different source. It gave me the same error. I only get this after burning this particular iso. Heres the log:

My dual layer media works, except with this iso.

My firmware is up to date.

My drive is clean.

I've tried different speeds.

I don't have a slimline, or laptop drive.

Oh and btw, I find it weird this error always occurs at 50% with each disk this iso was burned on.
