burning problem

try burning ato a disc today. image size was 5.143mb disk space is 4.482mb obvious the disc is not big enough what do i do to correct this do i need dual layer disc. the movie is only 804mb

If you used a program to convert the 804mb to 5.143mb image, look in settings of that program and set target to DVD5.
