Can someone help me .. i am trying to the write the iso file on RIDATA 16x 4.7G dics. the size of the image file is 4.3g. Help me cure this error.

According to your burner the disc has already been used.

Try other brands of blank discs, preferably Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden. If they don't work then your burner is dead.
