Can you Burn Demos and XBLA Titles to Standard CD-R Discs?

Hi All,

Hoping someone can help me! I am just simply trying to find out if you can burn XBLA titles and game demos to standard CD-R discs or even DVD-R discs? They are small files, around 700MB from what ive seen online, so will this work?

If this does work then do I have to burn in a particular way or just like the standard xbox 360 iso burns?!
