You don't.

 

Just issue that line with a non-existent ini file.

 

Because the ini file doesn't exist, the settings from the registry will be loaded.

 

When you close the program down, those settings will be saved to the new ini file.

When I run ImgBurn with a non-existent ini file like ‘ImgBurn.exe /SETTINGS “my.ini"’, the program loads default settings. And when I closed it, default settings are saved (if I not change it).
