Burned DVD won't play

OK, so I'm trying to burn a file for my wifes family (family movies that have gone from film, to vhs and now *hopefully* DVD). Used DVDStyler to set up the iso, and it will play on my computers and both of my stand-alond dvd players, but I've gotten reports from various family members that it wont play for them. Any thoughts?

Buy some better discs.

 

If you want to stick with DVD-R, try getting some Taiyo Yuden ones (TYG02 or TYG03 dye/MID).

 

Your setup has some buffering issues. What speed is your network (you're burning from a share) and what connection does the server use for the hdd that image file lives on?
