buffer has to keep filling

During a burn the BUFFER bar never goes to 100% it is alwasy at 0-2% unless the program says that it need to lets the buffers refill. the device buffer is alwasy at 75-100% but the program has to fill the buffer bar like 8 times a burn. how can i fix this. and i am using versions 2.5.2.0
