Burn error

when I go to burn a disc, it will get to about 35% and then stop with "cannot write medium - incompatible format." It happens with all DVDs. What am I doing wrong (I cannot figure out how to copy the "log" readings...).

I tried cutting-and-pasting as described, but it didn't work.

It's a moot point now, as it has disappeared from the log. Perhaps someone else has had this problem and can help me with it.

Follow the Guide <<< (it's a link, click on it!) I gived you. ImgBurn automaticaly save the logs (If you have not disabled that option in Settings)

If you can't provide more info about that burn, we realy can't pinpoint what's the real problem.

Try all of what pink box suggest, especialy the third line if you are using a laptop/slim line burner and try to burn dual layer discs.

Thank you. I found what I think is the correct log.

NOTE: Before I did the actual writing, I did the test mode, and it went thru fine.
