Nero-Unable to recover TOC

Hello why im having this Unable to recover TOC when trying to erase A TDK DVD+RW,i tried it whit nero,dvd decrypter and a shampoo sw,can i update my burner ?i have the LG HL-DT-ST DVD-RAM GSA-H58N,

 

ANY HELP?

If you're already on 1.03, you're probably out of luck.

 

Cleaning the drive with a cleaning disc may help.

 

Failing that, throw the disc in the bin and buy a new one - ideally from a different manufacturer (or more importantly, with a different dye/MID).

 

If you have the same problem with other discs too, buy a new drive.

Switch to Write mode, right-click the burner's name and go to Capabilities.

Hi,all you helped,it was the media,it seems my lg wont erase the TDK DVD + RW,i bought another TDK but - RW and i wrote and erased as usual,a media that works great is the -RW TRAXDATA,
