digs5446 Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 I've successfully burned AVCHD discs that started with m2ts files. I used tsMuxer to mux to AVCHD, then (as instructed by another person) deleted the resulting certificate folder and prompted ImgBurn to burn the BDMV folder. 100% success with several discs. With the mkv files, i did what i thought was the correct process but clearly isn't: i added the mkv file to tsMuxer and muxed to m2ts. I then added the individual m2ts file from within the "STREAM" folder (there were two m2ts files - one that was only 6 KB and the other which was around 4 GB, which is how big the movie should have been). I then muxed that m2ts file to AVCHD and followed the same procedure in ImgBurn as I would have with the rips that started as m2ts files.... The result was that I saw for a split-second a greenish strip across the bottom quarter of the screen, followed by the sound of the movie playing with no video. The chapter skip function worked perfectly. I should also mention I made one other attempt on a different movie that result in the same thing, except the time on the display would not advance beyond zero. The sound would play, but the time was stuck and I could not fast-forward. Unfortunately I don't recall the exact steps I took that time, but I thought I would mention it in case it rings a bell to anyone.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 This is nothing to do with ImgBurn or burning in general. Try the Doom9 forums, they deal with all this AVCHD stuff.
