Boot image from ISO

I like ImgBurn a lot, and I'd like to thank the developer for such a useful utility.

 

I, however, haven't found a way of extracting a boot image directly from ISO without first burning that ISO to a DVD.

 

I need this (boot image) in order to create an EFI-compatible boot-DVD [to avoid that wretched "Select CD-ROM Boot Type :" message I get during installing Win7 on a Mac hardware. For more details see here].

Nope.

 

Mount the ISO and extract from the virtual drive.

 

Or just use IsoBuster.

 

In any case, you shouldn't need it for Vista / Win 7 discs, you can point it at the etfsboot.com file as per my guide.
