Im not Exactly sure what that means. I read it could mean my DVD Burner just died on me is that what happened?

The burn was crappy.

 

Tried another one of the supported write speeds other than the 8x?

That seem's to work thank you very much! am i going to have to do that to all of the Images I burn or just on certain movies

On all as the content of the image is of no influence. Only the selected write speed has an impact.
