Need advice please. I need to make a firmware update disk for my Panasonic bluray player.

My OS is Win XP-Pro sp3 ext LiteOn DVDRW SHW-1635S

I have downloaded their self-extracting cab file and decompressed the file, ready for burning to a CD-R blank disk via ImgBurn v2.5.2.0.

Their website says to write the .FRM file to disk via ISO9660.

Im ImgBurn am I correct in thinking that I must use "Write files/folders to disc" and set it

to MODE1/2048 and ISO 9660?

This is the first time I have had occassion to burn a data file to CD-R using ImgBurn.

Many thanks for your help in this.
