bluesjunior Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 Hi, yesterday I used Imgburn to burn a music CD to play on my hi-fi system from some mp3 files on my PC. Once finished I stupidly deleted the folder with the files and don't have a backup other than the recorded CD. On playing back the CD today I realised that the track order is wrong. I would like to correct this by re-recording to a new blank CD. I put the CD into my optical drive and used Imgburn to create an image which it did but I cannot figure out how to move the files on the image to the correct order. Is this possible or am I stuck with the CD I have?. Thanks in advance for any help offered.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 Did you burn a proper Audio CD - i.e. using a CUE file etc? If so and the tracks are in the wrong order you'll have to read them off again to individual files. To do that, use something like 'EAC' (Google it)
bluesjunior Posted September 29, 2010 Author Posted September 29, 2010 Yes I did that, thanks for the reply I shall take your advice.
