tblood Posted October 12, 2010 Share Posted October 12, 2010 i am having problems with imgburn it says "device not ready medium not present tray closed". i am using an external dvd-rw it is an asus (sdrw-08d3s-u)w/ verbatim dl discs imgburn recognizes my dvd burner under destinations and will find my video game file but will not give me the icon to to start write due to the error message i stated previously any suggestions???? LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 12, 2010 Share Posted October 12, 2010 Copy + paste everything from the log window please. It's not ImgBurn that's having problems here, it's your drive.
