I actually accidentally had my settings set at max speed and it worked out fine but moving forward I rather be safe than sorry and thus would like to know why it write faster than I requested. LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 14, 2010 Posted October 14, 2010 I 05:35:14 Destination Media Type: DVD+R DL (Disc ID: MKM-001-00) (Speeds: 4x) That's why. 4x is the only speed your drive supports on those discs. Don't hijack threads in future please, make your own.
