Not letting me burn Dual Layer when my burner is DL capable

When I go to capabilities, dual layer burning is checked off, however it won't let me change the burning profile from DVD +R. Any ideas?

ImgBurn doesn't care about the capabilities anyway.

 

If your drive can initialise double layer discs, it'll work fine.
