The default buffer size @ 40mb is always @100% when burning.

Is there any advantage/benefit to making it larger, say 60 or 80 mb? (no, I havn't tried it yet)

Making it slightly bigger will mean the program has more data in reserve (in memory) should your hdd become unable to work quickly enough (i.e. when it's doing other things).
