Program Memory Area Update Failure; please help..

Hi!

I got the error seen below when burning at 2,4x, 4x and 8x write speeds. I am using Verbatims.

I tried ignoring the Program Memory Area Update Failure error below, but then got another error: W 14:23:28 Failed to Read Sector 0 - Reason: Unknown (CRC or ECC Error) (ASC: 0x10, ASCQ: 0x90).

Is there anything that can be done? Thanks!
