Hello,

I'm trying to burn activate.iso for the Xbox 360. It enables the Xbox to play wave 4 games or higher and it is for firmware Ixtreme 1.61. However, I'm trying to burn it and its not working out. This is the error I'm getting:

Do I need the .dvd file for the activate.iso?

Thanks! ;)

You don't need a double layer disc for this task. Try with a regular DVD disc.

(Speeds: 4x, 6x, 8x)

Tried any of the 6x or 8x write speeds?

Try with a better disc quality, like Verbatim.

(Saw that this ISO should be one a DL disc. Sorry, I'm not much for games. )

Can't get another disc and I've tried those speeds. And isn't what I'm using a DL disk?

Yes, you are using a DL disc. But the quality of those with that media code can be a joke sometimes. Verbatim is usually what works every time.

Oh damn, so I could probably find another one of these that I use and it has a chance to work?

Verbatims are the best ones to use regarding quality.
