Help Error

Hi i've been burning DL CD's for about 2 years now and this is the first time that i've run into this problem, i was just burning another Game, then at about 40% i got an I/O error, i always use Verbatim DVD+R DL CD's so i really dont know what the problem is, here's the Log, and i was burning at 2.4x speed.
