DVD+R DL burn problem

Hello,

 

I have some problem with writting. Imgburn burn's dvd 4x, but not verify it stay on 50% (VERBATIM). And not install to xbox hdd hangs on 49 %. This is problem with 2 layer i think ?

When i try on 8x it hangs on 81%. DVD writter is new.

If it's new and won't burn+verify Verbatim discs, return it as faulty.
