XBOX Burning Fails 75%

I have a LG Super multi drive . The success rate of me buring XBOX 360 backups with ImgBurn are about 1 in 4. I have tried both Verbatim and Memorex DL DVDs

Already tried upgrading my firmware. I got 3 in a row after that i believe. now errors again

If your drive won't burn the best DL you can buy (Verbatim), get a new drive.

 

There's no magic fix for these things, it should just work.

 

I assume you've tried burning at any and all of the 'supported' write speeds for the media you've been using?

Try again with the latest firmware 1.06 http://www.firmwarehq.com/LG/GSA-H55N/files.html

Yah . I've tried pretty much every speed with similar results.

Also upgraded to 1.06 - I got another 3 in a row then errors again.

I guess I'll get a new drive any suggestions for Dual Layer burning 360 backups?
