Help with IIMGburn

hi everyone OK i used imgburn since i can rember i always used it never gave me any type of problems until not and it has to do with DVD + R DL i know your probably saying already omg a other one of those question but the problem is that the DVD DL i have i burn 5 times with it and then all of a sudden imgburn wont read them and i said to myself maby my driver stop working and i went on my dads computer that brand new and yes it can read Dl and imgburn wont detect it and it did the same on my friends computer...now for the brand i know it the crappiest brand out there but hey it burn before so idk it memorex

 

 

so to summarize it the dices worked on imgburn before and the problem started 2 days ago it use to work fine and now it wont read it not on my computer or my dads or my friends if anyone can Pm me or just post what you think here thxs for any help i get and thxs for just seeing this post

 

 

 

also im burning games for 360 and yes all of the dices i burn so far with memorex they work for the 360 all the 5 games i burn already just wanted to throw that out

So it won't detect any disc you throw in? How about the discs burned in past, can it still read them back?

 

Clean your drive lens with a lens cleaning disc or even manual if you know how.

 

You can still give one of the logs of the last burned, if you want. http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=14632

ya it cant read a disc that has something on it before for sum reson it cant read a blank one also do you whats funny it started when it said if i wanted to update to higher imgburn

The version has nothing to do with the drive recognizing the media.

 

The disc that don't work are from the same spindle with those that worked?

 

If your drive have problems recognizing the new media, try other brands too. Verbatim are recommended.

ok got it to work and it stops 38% now hers the log

 

the speed rate gos down to 0.0x and it will keep on
